OUR FOUNDER
An industry expert, Katherine Loyas, CEO & Founder of First Impressions, started her career over 20 years ago as a receptionist and greeter at one of the top 3 Mercedes-Benz dealerships in the country.
Over the course of her automotive career, she has built world-class customer experience teams, led commercial teams in the automotive tech space, and has counseled hundreds of dealerships nationwide on how to maximize their opportunities, yielding higher profit margins while increasing retention (both customer and employee).
Her passion for delivering a world-class customer and employee experience has remained central to everything she does and is invaluable in today's market.
OUR CO-FOUNDER
Gabriela (Gabi) Schnabl, Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer, is a seasoned marketing and product leader with a passion for both customer experience and the automotive industry.
As an automotive enthusiast, she joined a world-class automotive SaaS company early in her career, where she played key roles in developing innovative business strategies focused on hyper-personalizing and leveling up the customer experience.
Her dedication to delivering exceptional customer experiences has been her north star, driving her to push far beyond the status quo in the automotive industry.
